Yoga Classes


The roots of yoga are thousands of years old and began as a spiritual practice intended to broaden consciousness, transcend bodily pain and reach a higher level of being.

While modern yoga is much less a religious practice, it still has the power to calm the mind and uplift the spirit while also strengthening the body.

The physical act of opening and stretching your body with slow movement and deep breathes will leave you both invigorated and relaxed. But beyond this there are so many other benefits of yoga including a deeper mind and body connection that can help to reduce stress and live a more peaceful life. 


Our Yoga studio is committed to teaching stress management techniques to our local community whether is be an in-house yoga or breathing session or montly corporate yoga or one-on-one yoga private coaching. We offer classes for ALL levels from beginners to advanced yogis.

Our certified, experienced, & caring instructors are here to help you nurture your mind, body, and spirit. We offer a wide range of yoga classes in the styles of Hatha, Vinyasa, asthanga and Yin, which include yoga for brand new beginners, all levels, and intermediate/advanced students. Special classes & workshops are offered throughout the year, including: Yin ,Yoga Nidra, Arm Balance Yoga, & More.
